Words have a direct effect on our energy and also our physiology. Scientific experiments like those of Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto, prove that words can change the structure of water And since we are 75% water, we can conclude that words have a healing or destructive effect on us as well. So be careful about the words you speak and the thoughts you think. It has a direct impact on our own selves and also on those that are around us. So ask yourself, are you a source of healing for self and others or are you a source of toxic energy? And remember, what you give out, always comes back to you as well.
