For years, Eram Saeed has dedicated her work to helping individuals—especially Muslim women—break free from the mental conditioning and societal expectations that hold them back. But true transformation isn’t just about self-improvement; it’s about breaking cycles, challenging outdated beliefs, and stepping into leadership with confidence. Now, she’s taking this mission a step further with the launch of Jamali Freedom, a platform that merges mind sciences, Islamic principles, and personal mastery to help people create lasting change.
In this episode, Eram is joined by Roma Awan and Sundeela, two women who embarked on the 30-Days to Transformation Course and saw radical shifts in their lives. They discuss what it means to break free from self-doubt, the power of emotional intelligence, and how embracing their feminine energy actually made them stronger, not weaker. Their journeys prove that success isn’t about luck or circumstance—it’s about reprogramming your mind, aligning with your purpose, and taking intentional action.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, trapped by your own thoughts, or unsure of your path forward, this episode is for you.
Introducing Jamali Freedom
The name Jamali holds deep significance. In Urdu, it signifies beauty, while in Arabic, it translates to "my beauty"—a powerful reflection of divine elegance and inner strength. The inspiration for this name came unexpectedly when Eram was invited to speak at the Transformational Leadership Council (TLC), an elite gathering of the world’s top transformational coaches, founded by Jack Canfield.
During her talk, she was asked: "You are a transformational coach like us, but also deeply passionate about Islam. In the West, many associate Islam with fear or misunderstanding. Can you show us its beauty?" In that moment, she spoke about the beauty of Allah, the wisdom and character of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), and how true transformation stems from a deep spiritual connection. Her words deeply resonated, shifting perspectives and reinforcing the need to bridge Islamic wisdom with modern personal development.
This moment led to the birth of Jamali Love and a historic milestone—Eram became the first Muslim member of TLC, bringing Muslim representation into the global personal development space. With this new platform, she is pioneering a transformational approach that merges faith, consciousness, and self-mastery, offering a path for anyone—Muslim or not—who seeks clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
Mindset Shifts Are the Foundation of Personal Growth
Before joining 30-Days to Transformation, both Roma and Sundeela carried deeply ingrained limiting beliefs—ideas shaped by their upbringing, culture, and societal expectations. These beliefs, often unchallenged, dictated how they viewed themselves, their capabilities, and their future. However, through Eram Saeed’s program, they learned to identify, question, and rewire these thoughts. By replacing self-doubt with confidence and fear with clarity, they unlocked a mindset that empowered them to take control of their lives.
Emotional Intelligence is the Key to Lasting Change
One of the most powerful lessons both Roma and Sundeela learned was that their emotions, reactions, and triggers were entirely within their control. Emotional intelligence—the ability to regulate emotions, navigate difficult situations, and respond rather than react—became the foundation of their personal and professional growth. Instead of feeling powerless in the face of challenges, they developed the tools to handle life’s obstacles with clarity and composure. They no longer saw themselves as victims of circumstance but as leaders of their own transformation.
Islam & Personal Empowerment Go Hand in Hand
Islam is often misunderstood as a restrictive faith, but Eram teaches that it is actually a powerful framework for personal empowerment. She explains that Tawheed (oneness of God), Tawakkul (trust in God), and Tashakkur (gratitude) are not just religious ideals but practical tools for navigating life with confidence, peace, and resilience. When properly understood, these principles eliminate fear, cultivate inner strength, and help individuals step into their full potential.
Feminine Power is Strength, Not Weakness
For years, women have been told they must suppress their femininity to be taken seriously, especially in male-dominated professions. Roma, a forensic scientist, and Sundeela, a programmer, once believed they had to adopt masculine traits to succeed. But through Eram’s coaching, they discovered that true power comes from embracing their feminine energy, not rejecting it. By tapping into their natural strengths—intuition, empathy, and resilience—they not only thrived in their careers but also found deeper confidence in who they truly are.

Investing in Yourself is the Best Investment You’ll Ever Make
Like many others, Roma and Sundeela initially hesitated before enrolling in 30-Days to Transformation, uncertain about making a financial commitment to personal growth. However, they soon realized that investing in themselves was the most valuable decision they could make.
The program didn’t just change their mindset—it transformed their confidence, career success, and overall well-being. They saw firsthand that personal development isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity for anyone seeking long-term success and fulfillment.
Roma & Sundeela’s Journey
Before joining 30-Days to Transformation, both women were skeptical. Would this course truly help them overcome their struggles and step into their full potential?
For Roma, self-doubt and societal conditioning had held her back for years. But seeing Eram—a successful Muslim woman, unapologetically living her truth—helped her realize: "If she can do it, why can't I?"
For Sundeela, she was searching for practical tools to manage stress and find clarity. What she found was not just theory, but deep personal transformation—a shift that changed how she approached her mindset, relationships, and career.
