What we feed in our minds always has an impact on our way of thinking. Words are very powerful and have energy that changes and affects our body. If we surround ourselves with good thoughts we feel good and vice versa. The dramas we watch on TV these days fuel us with negativity in the name of social issues and being women centric showing them as powerless and always facing some problem or the other and then glorify those real life issues that women actually face in their day to day lives. We need yo be careful and mindful of what we pay attention to and absorb from such content.
