Life goes on in waves; ups and downs, good times and bad times. With challenges there are blessings and vice versa. When we go through a cycle of challenges in life we become myopic and tend to focus on the pain that it brings with it. Or we try to take unnecessary action to distract from the pain of the situation. In my life I practice principles that have helped me to go through challenges in a healthy and fruitful way. Following those steps will help you focus on the blessings while coming out of that pain stronger.
