We are not our thoughts. Thoughts are simply a result of deep rooted beliefs that we have accepted as reality. Yet reality is usually different for different people. Our beliefs shape our behaviour and our behaviour determines how we experience life. Negative beliefs will not just hold us captive, they will shape our behaviour with negative results. To become truly liberated, question your thoughts and beliefs and then wisely choose the ones that will make you a more balanced and stronger person.
