We go through certain processes in life that leave different types of traumas embedded in us that we unconsciously start projecting in different relationships. We keep creating trauma patterns because it is programmed in our subconscious over the years. These parts are triggered in different situations because we never heal them. Healing comes within us and from Allah, not any other external factors. Only you have control over moving past traumas.
